Week One: 
Day 1: Walk 5 minutes, jog 2 minutes, walk 5 minutes.
Day 2: Walk 5 minutes, jog 2 minutes, walk 5 minutes.
Day 3: Walk 5 minutes, jog 3 minutes, walk 5 minutes.

Week Two: 
Day 1: Walk 5 minutes, jog 3 minutes, walk 5 minutes.
Day 2: Walk 5 minutes, jog 4 minutes, walk 5 minutes.
Day 3: Walk 5 minutes, jog 5 minutes, walk 5 minutes.

Week Three: 
Day 1: Walk 5 minutes, jog 6 minutes, walk 5 minutes.
Day 2: Jog 4 minutes, walk 5 minutes, jog 4 minutes, walk 5 minutes.
Day 3: Walk 5 minutes, jog 7 minutes, walk 5 minutes.

Week Four:

Day 1: Walk 5 minutes, jog 7 minutes, walk 5 minutes.
Day 2: Walk 5 minutes, jog 8 minutes, walk 5 minutes.

Week Five:

Week Six:

Day 2: Jog 13 minutes, walk 5 minutes.

Week Seven:

Day 1: Jog 15 minutes, walk 5 minutes.
Day 2: Jog 8 minutes, walk 5 minutes, jog 8 minutes, walk 5 minutes.
Day 3: Jog 16 minutes, walk 5 minutes.
Day 4: Jog 17 minutes, walk 5 minutes.

Week Eight:

Day 1: Jog 17 minutes, walk 5 minutes.
Day 2: Jog 18 minutes, walk 5 minutes.
Day 3: Jog 20 minutes, walk 5 minutes.

Week Nine:

Day 1: Jog 20 minutes.
Day 2: Jog 12 minutes, walk 5 minutes, jog 12 minutes.
Day 3: Jog 24 minutes.
Day 4: Jog 25 minutes.

Week Ten:

Day 1: Jog 25 minutes.
Day 2: Jog 27 minutes.
Day 3: Jog 30 minutes.
Day 4: Race Day! (We don't actually have a race day planned)
