Surprise

This picture kind of looks fake and like something that I found online.
But these are the flowers Sam surprised me with on our two year anniversary.
He had told me about a week before the anniversary that he was going to start a tradition of buying me one lily for each year we have been married.
I let him know how cute that would be so I think he felt obligated to get me some flowers. However, you have to special order lilies, so he got me roses.
Which is quite alright by me!

I love that boy!

Until next time!

How about a non-Friday favorite post??

I told you all that I went to Mayra's baby shower almost two weeks ago.
Well I have pictures to prove it!
Enjoy!!

Mayra, the cutest little pregnant lady! Seriously I think her belly looks to cute to be real!!

Food! Mayra made the cake pops by herself! So cute and delicious!!!

The whole picture taking thing was kind of an after thought, so they are all pretty much of Mayra opening gifts.
Sad news, we didn't even take ONE photo together. : (
Just another reason to go visit.
And to meet my pseudo-niece : )

Want to see what I made the little munchkin?

Two little dresses. I was going to make another, but considering that I made one the hour before I left, I didn't have time.
Another reason to visit!!!

Until next time!

Day SIX

Your favorite superhero and why:

This lovely lady would be my sister Joanna. She is three years older than me, but if we were both standing you wouldn't be able to tell because she is like 5'3 or something and I am 5'8. She is a shorty. But she is my superhero. There are many reasons why I admire and figuratively look up to her. She had a child one week after she turned 17. And I am in awe of the person and mother that she has become. She is an amazing mother who would literally give anything for her son, who by the way is the cutest little booger ever. This is him and his amazing momma:

I love these crazy kids. They mean the world to me. Someday I hope to be as great of a mother as my sister is.

Until next time!
