Long Time No Blog

Hey I haven't blogged since last year!!!
Ha that thought never gets old. Anywho, sorry for the lack of blogging. I didn't want to write a bunch of random posts telling you about things we did
when I could just wait and show you some pictures!
So to start off the new year, here are some pictures from our many trips skiing!

Here are some pictures from the top of the mountain.
I believe it is at about 10,000 feet.

These are taken from the same place as the pictures above, but the valley was all foggy.
It was so cool to see, it just looked like an ocean of fog.
As we were driving up to the resort it was pretty foggy and then half way up it was a clear beautiful day.

Sam and I in front of the ocean of fog.

These are the Grand Tetons.

Sam doing a rail.

These are my attempts at getting a picture
of his 360. Good thing I'm not a sports photographer.

Another sweet picture from when we were driving back home.

Ha. This is me going over a big box thing. Sam does a 360 on it, I just ski right over it. Pathetic I know.

Well that is the majority of the pictures from skiing. I'll post some other stuff from break at another time!
Tell me how your Christmas was!! I would seriously love to hear!

Until next time!

Monday : (

Obviously you all know that today is Monday. I am quite unhappy about this. I wanted my break to last a little longer and never have to come back to school. But alas break ended and here I am at school waiting for class to get over.(Yes I am writing this in class. Statistics is extremely boring.) Break was a lot of fun and a lot of travelling. There were hardly any days that I didn't travel for more than an hour. I will give you a run down of my break.

Friday 11/18- Finish school/anatomy test, pack apartment. check in at new apartment, cry because I hate it(more on that later)

Saturday- Move entire apartment to our new apartment, drive 1 hour to Idaho Falls

Sunday- church

Monday- play with the new puppy and hang out

Tuesday- leave for Bountiful, Utah 3 hours away

Wednesday- Go to Provo, Utah to visit my step sister 1 hour away, go back to Bountiful and play a billion games of Settlers of Catan

Thursday- stuff my face, go back to Idaho Falls 3 hours away

Friday- wake up at 5 am to go to Joann Fabrics (what was I thinking?!) go home, pack for skiing, travel about 2 hours to ski resort, and ski for a couple hours

Saturday- Go skiing from 10-2ish, travel 2 hours back to Idaho Falls, go out to eat

Sunday- pack everything from Sam's parents and travel 1 hour to Pocatello, realize I left my birth control in Idaho Falls and drive back there.

Folks that is 16 hours, when you count the round trips, of driving that I did over break. Yikes mcgikes. At least I only have one week of classes left, then dead week and then three finals until Christmas break. I will be completely done with this semester come December 14. Hallelujah! I can hardly wait. Hopefully Christmas break won't be as chaotic. I know that there will lots more skiing which I am so excited for. I'll post the very few pictures that I took over break later! Hope you guys had a great break(if you are still in school).

Until next time!

Hello NY!!

It's finally here! I am in New York and thus far it has been pretty mellow but really nice to spend some serious time with just my dad. Oh how I have missed him. I left Idaho Falls at 1:40 local time and arrived in Rochester at 1:00 am NY time. I was supposed to get in at 12:15, but there were some technical difficulties on my last flight. My dad picked me up and we didn't get to his house until almost 3:30 am. We were both exhausted.
When I was heading to bed I was pretty emotional because I was already missing Sam and things at the get go weren't as I expected. My younger brother was at my sisters and I slept in his bed and like the typical teenage boy he hadn't cleaned anything in it so I was pretty disappointed, but I fixed it up today so now I feel a lot better.
Tomorrow is my sisters birthday and I finally get to see her, which I am sooo excited about! I can hardly wait. I didn't bring my camera cord with me, so when I get back to Idaho I will definitely upload some pictures for you all to see. (Well for who ever reads this blog any way.)

Until next time!
