Someday soon this blog will be more than just Friday Favorites....

Someday....

1) I went to Mayra's baby shower last weekend and it was soo fun!

We had plenty of girl time which was awesome! Mayra- I'll send you some pictures/post them when I get a chance. Maybe this weekend, maybe Tuesday. : )

2) We also watched "The Lucky One" with Zac Efron. It was pretty good.

I had read the book last summer, and the movie followed it quite well.

3) I am done with classes!!

4) My stupid Political Science project is OVER!!! We worked on it all semester.

4) Oh! Sam and I celebrated our second wedding anniversary on Monday. There are limited options for dining in Pocatello that aren't too expensive, so we went to the Golden Corral. Wouldn't suggest going on a Monday night.

5) I got to talk to my sister this week! Always love that!

6) Chuck and I made super good fried chicken. Here is the recipe. The only thing we would change is using less ginger, it was a bit over powering. And Sam said in the sauce that you make, maybe use less soy sauce

 (soya sauce=soy sauce).

Well I'm off to study some more for finals! : (

Good news is I'll be finished Wednesday!!! : )

Done!

So I finished all of my finals on Wednesday!! And it was the

BEST feeling ever. I have gotten back

my grades from all of my classes. Well technically that's a lie.

I have gotten the grade I got on the final back and 

then calculated my final grade. I got an A in all of my classes, except STATISTICS. :( I got a B+. Which is not bad by any means, but

I of course wanted an A. Oh well.

On Thursday Sam finished his finals, we packed up everything that we could need for break, and then headed up to his

parents house. They left to go visit their daughter Christina in Vegas for the weekend, so we have just been hanging out and

watching the animals. Fun stuff. Tomorrow we are going skiing. I am excited to 

be able to ski for as many days as I want over break. YAY. 

Now I need to get cracking on Sam's Christmas gift. I am making him a quilt. It's my first one so wish me luck!

Today

Will be spent doing nothing. Neither Sam nor I have a final 

today, so we are just hanging out around the house. We each have a final tomorrow, but don't have to study too much for them, so we aren't studying today. Thus far we have slept in until 10 (only because I had a really hard time falling asleep last night. I didn't fall asleep until 2am), cleaned our whole apartment, made delicious lunch, and have dinner in the

crock pot. Thus far, today has been pretty productive. Hopefully we can

do something slightly more fun tonight. Who knows though.

Beyond Happy

Today I am beyond happy that two of my three finals are over.

That's right folks, OVER, doneso, finished, never to be thought of again. (Well I will think of them again when I get my scores)

Today I had my anatomy final at 7:30 am. Cry. And then at 10:00 I had my statistics final. Sooo happy that one is over!

Also for other good news today, I sold back my chemistry book. I got $50 for it, even though I bought it online and spent $2.75 for the book and like

$5.00 for shipping. Sheer profit.

Awesome! Sam took me to lunch at Five Guys. I love that place. Some serious good food.

Now I need to go and stick our dinner in the crock-pot! We are having mole chili. What are you guys having?

Change of Plans

I don't remember if I told you, but because it is the

weekend before finals Sam and I were not going to go to his parents this weekend. Which would have been the first weekend since September. 

But we got super bored and didn't know what

we would do at all this weekend, so we decided to come up!

I am so happy we did! 

I am sure you are thinking we should be studying this weekend, but we studied all week for our finals on Monday, and don't have another final until Wednesday. It wouldn't make much sense for us to cram stuff for our finals on Wednesday, 

when we haven't taken our Monday finals yet.

Anyways, we are going to skiing tomorrow! YAY!

Things

Just a couple of things. I am no longer freaking out, to the point to crying my eyes out, about school. It was really just

my statistics class. Because I had absolutely no idea how to anything.

I can still hardly wait for finals to be over. I finish Wednesday 

Sam finishes Thursday. Thursday will be a 

happy day because we get to leave Pocatello for almost a whole month. And then I get to spend endless amounts of time with cute little 
Lecil. Can't wait. She is fun!


Here are some things that I have been doing while avoiding studying for finals.

I pinned this mac and cheese a while ago and just got

around to making it. Sam will have you know

For now I am in the throws of studying my brains out 

and attempting to finish up some pajama pants.

Failure

30 Day Challenge = Failure

Yeah I know I suck at life totally and completely. Well at least at the life of blogging.

BUT in other news…school is almost DONE! I cannot WAIT. And let's hope that I do not suck at finals, like I suck at blogging.

Sam and I are getting ready to
back up to
Idaho
for the summer. Let's just say that I am less than thrilled. I am just not looking forward to a repeat of last summer. And putting all of our stuff in storage. Tears.

Since we are going to ISU in the fall we haven't registered for classes yet, because they register later than we are used to. Sam gets to register on Wednesday and I have to wait until FLIPPIN' MONDAY! I do not know how I am supposed to get the classes that I need.

We, mostly me, are super sad to leave Provo and all the friends that we have made. There is this one couple in the ward, Jill and Brandon Snow, who were married the same day as we were, and we have gotten to be pretty close friends with them. And now we will have to find new friends. A-fricking-GAIN.

Well I shall do my best to keep you all (or whoever reads this) updated on everything a little better.
